The Stiftung Leben im Alter Herisau is home to over 250 elderly people. At the three locations Heinrichsbad, Ebnet, and Dreilinden, around 260 employees shape everyday life in our houses. Your demanding and varied tasks:
- You support our HR team in the entire personnel process – from recruitment through entries to exits.
- You help create new job advertisements and contribute your ideas to make them appealing and authentic.
- You carefully maintain our personnel data and ensure that everything is up-to-date and complete.
- You take on filing and data entry tasks and thus help ensure that our HR organization runs smoothly.
- You also pitch in with other administrative tasks – wherever your support is needed.
Our requirements:
- You have completed commercial or business school or high school and want to use your gap year for an exciting, fixed-term internship for 12 months.
- You are interested in the HR world and want to gain first practical experience.
- You bring humor and a positive attitude – and appreciate a team where people laugh, support, and pitch in together.
- You work reliably, carefully, and enjoy providing good service to others.
- You express yourself confidently in German – both orally and in writing.
- You are familiar with MS Office and are eager to work with modern, digital tools.
