Job Overview

We are looking for a professional to help us leverage SHL Medical ESG strategy to best-in-class and to drive further systematic change across the organization.
This role reports to the Global Head of Sustainability. In this role you will be part of Global Sustainability team and collaborate with the internal community of experts to develop and drive key ESG initiatives. This is a unique opportunity to shape SHL Medical Sustainability & ESG strategy and work with senior leaders across the organization to drive impact.
Main Responsibilities
- Support SHL Medical Global Sustainability strategy development and ensure the successful implementation of SHL Sustainability strategy, responsibilities, services and deliverables;
- Setting frameworks for programs and project management e.g. planning, resources management; and compile related financial and KPI information;
- Monitor programs and projects execution and elaborate reports and materials to Senior Management and stakeholders;
- Ensure KPI reporting in timely manner and maintains ESG dashboard;
- Support Sustainability committee activities and prepare regular status reporting;
- Building cohesion within global sustainability team, train and coach team members on project management skills and motivate team to produce timely and quality work;
- Drive sustainability projects for a range of topics in collaboration with Global sustainability experts, as per needs.
Skills and Qualification
- Proven track record for planning, executing, controlling and closing projects and the ability to manage a project with minimal supervision;
- Good understanding of sustainability trends; previous experience with sustainability related projects, highly valuable;
- Experience with EHS data management software, EHS and Sustainability KPIs and Reporting frameworks (e.g. GRI), a plus;
- Experience in managing or supporting of PMO office, as a plus;
- Strong skills in creating and maintaining project and programme plans, including risks, actions, issues, dependencies;
- Focus on details but also able to see big picture;
- Highly motivated to drive Sustainability impact.
