- Ensuring the support of the counter and telephones together with your colleagues
- Managing electronic customer contact points, such as email, online customer center, and parts of the Köniz app
- Responsible for fines and shredder administration
- Managing the cash register
- Handling various secretarial tasks and delegated specialist tasks from the departments
- Assisting in the training and supervision of apprentices
- Completed commercial training
- Several years of professional experience – ideally in a similar role
- Service-oriented, team-capable, and committed personality with an independent and structured way of working
- Very good IT skills
