Starting immediately or by arrangement, we are looking for you as:

Human Resources Specialist 80-100% (m/f/d)

You have the HR specialist certificate or a successfully completed degree with advanced training in Human Resources and have already gained solid professional experience in a similar position. You see new, spontaneous, and unforeseen situations as an exciting challenge. You are a team player and stand out for your flexibility and solution-oriented approach. You are technically savvy and very familiar with common software. Good knowledge of Abacus is an advantage. You have very good oral and written German skills as well as good English skills. French is an advantage.

Operational and strategic support in the entire HR area
Support and advice for managers and employees on all personnel-related topics
Support in recruiting and onboarding
Participation in projects in the HR department (e.g., digitization of HR processes, employer branding, talent management, and much more…)
