In the communication department of the Bern Cantonal Police, you will become part of our modern newsroom, where we communicatively coordinate and accompany current events and projects. Here, professionals work together with passion to deliver information quickly, precisely, and effectively to the public and our internal target groups.

• For the Police Center Bern project, you will develop a detailed communication plan, focusing on internal communication, and be responsible for its implementation
• You will develop innovative ideas for visualization and communication, especially focusing on digital formats, for various communication channels
• You plan, organize, and conduct events such as construction site visits, the opening ceremony, etc.
• You ensure close exchange and smooth coordination with the construction project management

• Completed training in communication and experience in project communication and event organization, ideally with knowledge in developing and implementing innovative communication and visualization ideas, especially in digital formats
• Experience in a construction project of similar size and thus the ability to maintain an overview during the various construction phases and implement the communication plan on schedule
• Confident German language skills in speaking and writing and enjoyment in clearly communicating complex content to different stakeholders
• Flexibility in dealing with a dynamic large-scale project
• Ideally, experience in the construction industry or public administration
