About us Le Bistro Arosa is a traditional, popular evening restaurant in the heart of Arosa. We combine classic culinary craftsmanship with modern preparations and work with many fresh products. Our young, dynamic team is looking for an experienced sous chef for the upcoming winter season.
Your tasks
- Support and deputy of the head chef in daily operations
- Coordination of kitchen workflow during the evening service
- Guidance and training of the kitchen team
- Co-responsibility for menu development, production, and quality standards
- Inventory management, orders, and control of incoming goods
- Ensuring hygiene and safety regulations
Your profile
- Completed training as a cook and several years of experience, ideally in leadership roles
- Organizational strength, leadership, and communication skills
- High quality, hygiene, and performance orientation
- Creativity in modern preparations and confident handling of fresh products
- Willingness to work mainly in the evenings (restaurant open only in the evenings)

- Seasonal position from December 1, 2025 to April 5, 2026
- Payment above minimum wage
- Staff room with private bathroom and large communal kitchen
- Sunday day off
