(Senior) Validation Engineer* R&D

You are a R&D validation engineer - supporting our development project teams and suppliers to qualify and validate their manufacturing processes according to SCHOTTs high quality standards

You are a task manager - planning and managing validation tasks in collaboration with various entities in an international environment
-
You are a validation expert - supporting the definition of validation standard procedures

You are an optimizer - questioning the status quo and finding new approaches in your subject area
-
You are an experienced technical writer - defining task-tailored documentation strategies with a strong focus on a risk based approach
-
University degree in Engineering, Life Science or similar
-
3+ years of working experience in qualification & validation in a pharma, medtech or similar environment
-
Experienced with documentation in highly regulated environment
-
Ability to plan and execute qualification & validation tasks in self-reliant manner
-
Good technical and analytical skills (e.g.FMEA, process analysis)

good interpersonal and communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
-
Fluency in English and German (written and spoken)
