in our retail store in St. Moritz

Your tasks

• You take care of our demanding national and international customers when purchasing high-quality branded watches and jewelry pieces
• You create an unforgettable shopping experience and actively develop customer relationships
• You enthusiastically act as a Brand Ambassador and position our exclusive products using your expertise and storytelling skills
• You promote an inspiring, innovative, and modern shopping environment
• You handle administrative tasks related to sales as well as maintaining the internal CRM system
• You support specific projects, customer events, and marketing activities
• You contribute to ensuring that our sales areas, shop windows, and display cases are impeccably presented

Your skills

• You have completed your training in retail, hospitality/gastronomy, or the watch and jewelry industry
• You convince with your solid expertise in the watch and/or jewelry sector
• You have experience in the luxury segment of retail
• You are IT-savvy and familiar with digital applications
• You communicate flawlessly in German and Italian, both spoken and written; any additional language is an advantage
• You are proactive and have a pronounced sales flair as well as an open and customer-oriented manner
• You present yourself with style, possess a professional appearance, and courteous manners
• You are a team player with pronounced intercultural skills
