YOUR SPECIALTY AS AN EVENT MANAGER

You are passionate about the strategic planning and operational implementation of outdoor and indoor events? Of course.
You enjoy developing event concepts considering strategy, goals, budgets, and relevant legal requirements? Great!
For you, an event does not end with execution, but you measure success and create reports as a basis for further development? Absolutely.
You keep calm in hectic situations, like to get physically involved, are sometimes the face to the outside, and enjoy troubleshooting on site? Awesome.
Negotiating contracts with event partners and managing various stakeholders comes easily to you? Good.
Linking offline and digital is natural for you, and you have a strong understanding of the visual appearance on site? Definitely.
Self-organized work and thinking patterns are your superpower? Even better.

THIS IS YOU

You are enthusiastic about event management and marketing. You don’t just want to continue what exists but bring a noticeable motivation for the further development of our events and the building of our community.

Your experience in event management, negotiation skills, and can-do mentality are evident in your profile.
You are confident in German and French (English is an advantage) and events are your home.
You are familiar with B2C or even retail, and you enjoy being inspired both internally and externally.
Being responsible for 60 events per year in offline and online formats awakens your commitment.
You bring the necessary flexibility and find creative and pragmatic solutions. You are willing to work evenings or weekends occasionally.
You hold a valid category B driving license.
You enjoy working with our teams in the stores and are a marketer at heart.
