Employee Visitor Service Napoleon Museum Arenenberg

We are the only German-speaking Napoleon museum and a very popular tourist destination on Lake Constance (Untersee) at Arenenberg in Thurgau.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a motivated and reliable person as a supervisor in the castle with additional tasks in the shop/sales 50% on an hourly wage basis from March 1, 2026, or by arrangement.

• Co-responsibility for safety in the castle
• Ticket control
• Supervision in the exhibition rooms
• Compliance with the client's safety regulations
• Sale of admission tickets
• Support in sales and advice on shop items
• Customer information interface

• Cultural tourism training or from sales/advisory
• At least 5 years of experience dealing with an international audience
• Time flexibility including weekends
• Affinity for history and culture
• Neat appearance
• Enjoy working with international customers and museum visitors
• Teamwork and loyalty
• Precise working method
• Languages: German, English, any additional foreign language is an advantage
