• Independent personnel support for a defined group of employees from contract to certificate creation after a defined training phase
• Coordination and implementation of the entire recruiting and onboarding process according to budget specifications and compliance with the target positions, in close cooperation with the respective manager
• Implementation of personnel marketing measures and participation in trade fair appearances
• Consulting managers on personnel-related topics
• Contact person for personnel service providers and authorities
• Participation in various HR projects

• Completed studies or a successfully completed commercial training with adequate training and further education in the field of personnel
• First professional experience in the HR field, e.g., through internships or working student activities desirableKnowledge of labor law
• Experience in upscale hospitality & gastronomy desirable
• Reliable, communicative, and professional appearance
• Good MS Office skills
• Fluent German and English skills
