The following tasks await you:
- Service duties for patients, guests, and employees both in the dining room and the public café, including all related tasks
- Assistance with the execution of aperitifs and special events
- Support in the training of apprentices in the area in coordination with supervisors
- Compliance with hygiene regulations and occupational safety including cost regulations and safety provisions concerning our patients
- Self-responsibility for tasks, projects, rooms, or machines according to delegation by supervisors
You convince us with this profile:
- Completed training as a restaurant specialist EFZ
- Experience in service, preferably in a similar environment (nursing home, clinic, or hospital)
- Very good oral and written German skills and understanding of Swiss German
- Flexibility (working according to duty roster)
- Team-oriented, honest, and reliable personality
- Well-groomed appearance and respectful manners
- Great empathy and skill in dealing with elderly patients
