Perfume / Cosmetics Salesperson

• Individual consultation of customers on perfumes, skincare products, make-up, and other cosmetic items
• Recommendation of suitable products and application tips
• Support of regular customers and building a customer base
• Handling complaints with tact
• Adherence to high service standards and a well-groomed appearance

• Attractive presentation of products in the sales area
• Decoration according to seasonal themes or brand guidelines
• Checking expiration dates and cleanliness
• Restocking shelves and maintaining order in the sales area

• Completed training in retail, ideally with a focus on cosmetics or perfumery
• Ability to advise customers appropriately and individually
• Experience in active sales, cross-selling, and upselling
• Representative appearance suitable for the beauty industry
• Friendly, attentive, and convincing in customer conversations
• Sensitivity to customer needs and wishes
• Flexibility
• Willingness for continuous training on trends, ingredients, and new products

• German (fluent)
• Additional languages such as English, French, or Italian are an advantage – especially in tourist regions like the Alps
