Chef de partie (m/f) 80%-100%

For a restaurant / hotel in the beautiful Emmental, we are looking for a cook (EFZ) (80 - 100%) to start immediately or by arrangement.

Your tasks:

• You independently manage a station in the kitchen
• You prepare and process dishes for the à la carte as well as banquet area
• You produce mise en place
• Hygiene regulations are not foreign to you
• Independent preparation of tasty regional dishes
• You have the passion and love for detailed plating (no use of semi-finished and ready-made products)

You bring with you:

• You have completed vocational training as a cook
• You work organized, independently, and goal-oriented
• You are an enthusiastic and committed personality who enjoys pampering guests
• Besides your quality awareness, you are characterized by flexibility, resilience, team spirit, and dedication
• The commute must be made with your own vehicle
