HR Support & Systems Specialist (m/f/d) 60-100%

How you contribute

You process and manage personnel files and documents
You create employment contracts, certificates, and references with high quality
You support data quality and currency in our core systems with a careful working approach
You manage, maintain, and optimize our HR systems (including SwissSalary, rexx, Swiss+)
You are the contact person for HR-specific inquiries from employees and supervisors in close coordination with HR consulting
You collaborate with external service providers and system vendors

What defines you

You have completed a commercial basic education and further training in the HR field (e.g., HR assistant)
Some experience in personnel and payroll administration
Enjoy working with HR systems and optimizing processes
Advanced Office skills are required, especially in Word and Excel
High service and customer orientation
Committed, independent, and eager personality with strong team player qualities
Confident German language skills in spoken and written form; French skills are an advantage
