Your area of responsibility

In the versatile and responsible role as Uniform & Laundry Supervisor, the following tasks are part of your responsibilities:

Responsibility for the management and maintenance of all employee uniforms
Conducting measurements of new employees to ensure an optimal fit
Planning, ordering, and procurement of new uniforms according to hotel standards and requirements
Performing sewing work and adjustments to ensure a neat appearance
Regular stock control and inventory of the uniform warehouse
Maintenance and ongoing updating of the uniform lists of all employees
Organization and documentation of the issuance and return of uniforms
Coordination and communication with the external laundry (FAB)
Leadership, deployment planning, and organization of the lingerie staff
Monitoring laundry processes and ensuring the highest quality standards
Supporting the housekeeping team in early and late shifts as needed
Responsibility for order and cleanliness throughout the hotel area
Obtaining and passing on all relevant information for optimal work execution

Convince us with the following qualities

Completed training as a hotel specialist, textile care specialist, or in a similar professional field
At least 2 years of professional experience in a comparable position in housekeeping or textile area
Experience in staff management and collaboration with external service providers (e.g., laundries)
Sound knowledge in textile care, textile processing, and uniform management
Confident, friendly appearance and pronounced communication skills
Language skills in German and English, French is an advantage
Teamwork skills, organizational talent, and resilience
Discretion, reliability, and careful working style
High hygiene awareness and pronounced service orientation
