As part of your duties, you will carry out the following tasks, among others:- You determine the personnel development needs and organize targeted training offers in the in-house academy.
- You ensure that internal specialist trainers are well qualified for their tasks, manage and evaluate the activities of the internal trainer team, and act as their sparring partner.
- On the other hand, we entrust you with the implementation of onboarding events for new employees and the administration of our commendation system.
- You evaluate quality controls and guest feedback. In cooperation with the specialist departments, you ensure that appropriate measures are implemented for areas of improvement.
- To continuously optimize work processes, you further develop our quality standards and contribute to ensuring that all employees are familiar with them.
- You keep management well informed through your meaningful reports and statistics.
- As our ideal candidate (m/f/d), you are strong in organization, enjoy coordinating tasks related to training, and have a quick grasp.
- To be successful in your role, you should enjoy approaching people at all hierarchical levels, convince through your own initiative, and remain persistent when it comes to implementing innovations or improvements.
- It would be great if you bring up-to-date expertise in personnel development tools (e.g., through studies focusing on personnel, qualification as a personnel specialist, or other training and further education).
- You have already gained professional experience in personnel development or in a responsible position in upscale hospitality. Ideally, you already have initial experience as a trainer or in moderating workshops.
- A structured, precise, and efficient way of working is one of your strengths. You are familiar with common MS Office programs and comfortable communicating in English.
- Industry knowledge in hospitality or the service sector is an advantage.
