Main responsibilities
•Daily preparation of fresh pasta and support in dessert production.
•Management of cold appetizers and preparation of first courses.
•Direct support to the Chef in the preparation of dishes, main courses, and daily tasks.
•Active collaboration in a small kitchen, where contact with the Chef is constant and allows comprehensive learning of all techniques.
•Participation in the internal production of all products: bread, stocks, sauces, and basic preparations.
•Care of order, cleanliness, and adherence to the restaurant's quality standards.
