You are an automobile mechatronics technician looking for the next step – more responsibility, more design, but still close to the workshop and our customers. Then you are right with us. We offer you the opportunity to develop step by step towards customer service management and to specifically apply your technical experience.

Vehicle diagnosis and repair
You carry out demanding service and repair work on commercial vehicles and ensure that our customers are mobile again quickly.

Customer service and consultation
You are in direct contact with our customers, receive vehicles, and explain technical contexts clearly and competently.

Deployment planning and organization
You work closely with the chief mechanic, plan orders, and help to optimally organize the processes in the workshop.

Taking responsibility
Depending on experience and development, you gradually take on more responsibility in customer service.

• Completed training as an automobile mechatronics technician EFZ commercial vehicles, automobile specialist EFZ
• Several years of experience in the workshop, ideally with commercial vehicles
• Joy in technology, responsibility, and direct customer contact
• Organizational talent, initiative, and team spirit
• Interest in further development and gradually taking on leadership responsibility
