• Handling daily business in the fitness and wellness area, taking into account standards, regulations, and guidelines for cleanliness, hygiene, and order; performing mise en place tasks
• Maintenance and upkeep of work equipment and technical devices; reporting defects to the technical department
• Guest care and service in the pool area: providing professional service in accordance with quality standards; spa tours and advice on offers, correct invoicing
• Representing the receptionist: issuing/accepting rental items and other accessories as well as monitoring their return; correct billing and accounting; professional advice and scheduling appointments

• Successfully completed vocational training in the hotel sector, preferably as a sports & fitness clerk or comparable training
• Experience in the spa area of luxury hotels; knowledge in the therapeutic field is an advantage
• Positive charisma, professional appearance, and a well-groomed appearance
• Confident handling of Microsoft programs and knowledge of TAC programs are an advantage
• Very good German and English skills; additional foreign languages are an advantage
