The surgery department of Saint-Imier is a multidisciplinary service classified B2 according to ISFM/FMH. It has, at the hospital sites of Saint-Imier and Moutier, a modern technical platform, acute care beds, an outpatient sector, a polyclinic, and an emergency service.
The activity includes consultations, surgical interventions in the operating room and endoscopy room. Integration is within the surgery service, which ensures patient hospitalization and can provide surgical support if necessary.
The position is integrated into the surgery and specialties department.

Job Description
Your Main Missions
Management of patients with urological pathologies, from consultation to treatment.
Performing medical and surgical procedures according to current standards.
Close collaboration with specialists (surgery, oncology, radiology…) for comprehensive care.
Coordination with the administrative team for smooth file management and accurate billing.
Development of a specialized urology consultation and, if applicable, in a field of expertise (functional urology, andrology, oncology…).
Involvement in the strategic development of the urology unit.
Participation in the urology on-call rotation.
Commitment to the continuing education of medical and paramedical teams.
Qualifications
Your Profile
FMH specialist title in urology (or equivalent recognized by MEBEKO).
Proven clinical experience in the field.
Sub-specialization or additional expertise welcome.
Excellent interpersonal skills, listening ability, and clear communication.
Team spirit and desire to contribute to a dynamic medical project.
Interest in innovation, quality of care, and interdisciplinary work.
