Team Leader Deployment Planning, Telephony & Administration

Your area of responsibility: 

• Overall responsibility for the areas of deployment planning, telephony, and administration
• Leadership, promotion, and further development of your own team
• Skill for optimal deployment planning in daily business considering customer needs, resources, and cost-effectiveness 
• Organization of a professional and customer-oriented telephone and reception service
• Further development and optimization of administrative processes (e.g., customer intake, document management)
• Close cooperation with the center management, employees in nursing and housekeeping, external partners
• Participation in projects (e.g., process optimization)

The profile of requirements: 

• Completed medical / nursing training
• Preferably experience in deployment planning, administration, or coordination in healthcare (e.g., home care, nursing home, hospital)
• Structured, networked, and solution-oriented way of working
• High social competence, joy in communication and organization
• Confident handling of IT applications
• Resilience, flexibility, and a high quality standard
