Together with your co-leadership
You have several years of experience in long-term care and proven leadership skills. You are responsible for the organization of the entire nursing and are directly subordinated to the home management in a dynamic environment. Dedicated work in nursing and care as well as in projects or initiatives ensures the quality of care in the house. You ensure the correct implementation of the nursing philosophy and create the duty roster.
You work continuously with your co-leadership on process improvements and are in close contact with other departments.
You have a nursing education at HF level or equivalent. You act very professionally and socially competent. You are proficient in common IT programs and your German is fluent.
