Your Challenge
- Versatile administrative tasks from onboarding to offboarding of employees and apprentices (including applicant management)
- Supporting the HR business partners in the German and French-speaking parts of Switzerland in all personnel processes
- Participation in HRM projects
Your Profile
- Commercial basic education combined with several years of professional experience in a similar role
- Good oral and written expression in German; French skills are an advantage
- Committed personality with a high affinity for IT and a pronounced flair for organizational tasks
