We are recruiting a full-time Sous-Chef on a permanent contract to join our lakeside inn.
Start date: December 2025
The salary complies with the CCNT and will be adjusted according to your experience.

YOUR MISSION:
Alongside the Head Chef, you will be responsible for the quality of culinary production and the smooth daily operation of the brigade.
You will embody the excellence of Italian know-how while ensuring the motivation, rigor, and organization of the team.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Your responsibilities:
In the kitchen: you ensure the mise en place, the sending out, and the consistent quality of the dishes, following the technical sheets and group standards.
In the team: you supervise the brigade in the absence of the Chef, train, motivate, and organize the work of each member.
In management: you monitor stocks, place orders, and ensure rigorous receipt of goods.
In creation: you propose ideas for daily specials and actively participate in the evolution of the menu.
In hygiene: you apply and enforce HACCP standards and our internal procedures.
WHAT WE LOOK FOR IN YOU:
Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sous-Chef
CAP/BEP Cooking diploma, CFC Cook or equivalent
Experience in gastronomic cuisine, brasserie, and bistro.
Natural leadership, ability to motivate a team
Mastery of classic and modern culinary techniques
Team spirit, rigor, cleanliness, attention to detail
Ability to work under pressure calmly and methodically
Desire to share your know-how and to progress
