• Ensure that all service, quality, and hygiene standards are met – always with an eye for detail

• Handle communication and ensure all information reaches the team
• Receive guest feedback and ensure a quick and efficient solution
• Share your insider tips for the best hotspots in the city with our guests and make sure they feel at home from the first moment to the last drink

• Have already gained experience in a similar position, ideally in trendy gastronomy or lifestyle hospitality
• Are flexible and willing to work in shifts

• Enjoy dealing with international, demanding guests and know exactly how to smartly respond to different wishes
