As part of your duties, you will perform the following tasks, among others:- Performing professional service and adhering to our quality standards
- Managing a service station after training
- Receiving, handling, and forwarding complaints
- Responsibility for proper invoicing and correct billing, inventory control
- Experience in upscale hospitality or gastronomy is desirable
- Good manners, a positive and well-groomed appearance
- Very good German and English skills, additional foreign languages are an advantage
