These are your tasks
- You are the warm and courteous contact person at the reception – check-ins and check-outs
- You take care of guest services on site – information, advice, sales
- You handle all inquiries by phone, email, or in person – receiving and processing reservations, interface to other departments
- You perform additional tasks – vouchers, kiosk, table reservations, general administrative work
What we expect from you
- You have training in the hotel or tourism sector or comparable professional experience at a 4*-hotel reception
- You love guest contact, are communicative, and always remain charming
- You have a strong service awareness and are always ready to go the extra mile for our guests
- You know the region or are willing to acquire this knowledge independently
- You are reliable, extremely conscientious, and enjoy working independently as well as in a team
- You speak German and English – additional languages are a plus
- You are IT-savvy and familiar with common hotel systems (Opera Cloud, Aleno, common Office programs)
