Le Cèdre is a renowned restaurant known for its authentic Lebanese cuisine. Our goal is to offer our guests a culinary experience that reflects the rich flavors and traditional dishes of Lebanon. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a dedicated head chef as well as talented cooks who want to take our kitchen to the next level with passion and creativity.

Your tasks:

• Head Chef: Leading the kitchen and being responsible for the entire kitchen operation, including staff management, menu development, and quality assurance
• Preparation and presentation of authentic Lebanese dishes at the highest level
• Co-designing and further developing a seasonal menu with traditional and modern elements
• Ensuring compliance with quality and hygiene standards
• Training and guiding the kitchen team
• Controlling the use of goods and inventory
• Optimizing kitchen organization and workflows

Your profile:

• Head Chef: Several years of experience in a leadership position in the gastronomy sector
• Solid knowledge of Lebanese cuisine and its preparation techniques
• Creativity and passion for authentic cooking
• High quality awareness and attention to detail
• Teamwork skills, resilience, and flexibility
• Knowledge in inventory management and costing (especially for the head chef position)
• Good German or English skills, Arabic skills are an advantage
