What you can achieve
Ensuring high equipment availability and supporting production expansion projects
Design and implementation of automation strategies as well as technical standards for production equipment
Development and integration of systems for equipment monitoring and diagnostics with a focus on OT/IT interfaces
Active participation in shaping the digital infrastructure for production control and optimization
Promote a safe working environment by applying the 6S principles and supporting the ABRA safety protocols.
Application of method-based continuous improvement processes (e.g., Practical Problem Solving, Lean Six Sigma)
Maintenance and further development of Maintenance Instructions in the CMMS
Documentation, training, and sustainable implementation of changes in the maintenance process
What you bring with you
Completed engineering degree (FH/ETH) in mechanical engineering, systems engineering, automation, or electrical engineering
Several years of professional experience in maintenance and automation in the high-tech industry
Experience in equipment support and optimization, ideally in semiconductor or electronics manufacturing
Solid knowledge in OT/IT integration (e.g., interfaces, data communication, industrial networks)
Confident handling of CMMS systems and digital tools for production monitoring
Structured and solution-oriented working style, combined with team spirit and strong communication skills
