Your Tasks
You support the central Facility Management department in specialist support for users and are jointly responsible for the further optimization and development of data quality and data cleansing in the Facility Management area. You analyze data, create data evaluations, and make corrections in the CAFM. Furthermore, you develop concepts that you implement in practice as well as templates, instructions, and documentation, and manage the document storage in the CAFM.
Your Profile
- Commercial or technical basic education or studies
- Experience in comparably demanding tasks related to a CAFM
- Knowledge in the field of Facility Management or real estate is an advantage
- Independent, analytical, very precise, and efficient working style
- Exceptional flair for numbers, combined with enjoyment of working with complex databases
- Solid, verifiable knowledge in the use of Excel
