Fraud Prevention Specialist

Your will be responsible or ongoing monitoring of client's portfolio - fraud detection transaction monitoring and taking fraud prevention actions.

Your day-to-day responsibilities include

  • Analysis of merchant transactions (business, documents) in order to determine fraud
  • Researching abnormal transactions and transaction patterns
  • First line of contact for any fraud-related issues for our merchants
  • Handling requests from external partners and authorities (e. g. banks, issuers, third parties, police etc.) as well as from internal stakeholders (e. g. Fraud Management, Sales departments etc.)
  • Responsible for evaluating settlements based on circumstances
  • Building reliable business relationships with merchants and salespersons 

Skills we can't do without

  • German and English at very good level, French highly appreciated
  • Experience with Swiss-based businesses
  • Previous experience in KYC (Know Your Customer) / AML and or in financial fraud prevention / detection or in cashless payments
  • Attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Problem solving attitude
  • Logical thinking and ability to learn

Skills we'd like

  • Experience in working in acquiring business
  • Previous experience in acquiring business
  • Previous cooperation/experience with card schemes
  • Knowledge of other languages: French / Italian / Dutch
  • Ability to work with various computer systems / programs
