In nine municipalities in the Leimental, we offer inpatient and outpatient nursing and care services. This offering is complemented by the possibility of semi-inpatient stays in the senior day and night care center. To strengthen our Spitex Solothurnisches and Mittleres Leimental, we are looking for immediately or by arrangement:

Spitex - Head of Nursing Team East (70% - 100%)

Your tasks with us:

• Leadership responsibility for a team of about 25 employees
• Promotion and development of employees through a cooperative leadership style
• Ensuring high nursing quality according to professional and economic criteria
• Support, advice, and assistance to clients and their relatives
• Active participation in the further development of our organization

Our expectations of you:

• Nursing education HF/FH
• Ability to navigate organizationally in a dynamic and modern environment
• Positive attitude as well as a high sense of responsibility and service awareness
• Good IT user skills 
• Role model for the corporate culture according to the mission statement
• Good written and spoken German skills
