What you will do:

• Responsible for the software side for a wide range of Digital & Innovation projects related to data acquisition and analytics, inspection drones, robotic automation or digital worker aspects
  


• Developing emergent high-level plans, estimating budgets on a stage-by-stage basis, monitors progress against value, reporting through light-weight documentation and collaboration platforms and continually justify projects status
  


• Focus on delivering multiple innovation projects running at different stages and remaining informed on value after project delivery
  


• Co-responsible for the innovation pipeline process: idea sourcing, curation, prioritization, solution exploration/hypothesis testing, incubation and the final integration/transfer of the innovation project into the plant project team
  


• Build up a group-wide network and create synergies between different teams, nuclear power plants and business units as well as third party implementation partners
  

What you bring & who you are:

• You have a Master's degree in Computer Science, "Wirtschaftsinformatik", Data Science, IT and or electrical engineering or a related field
  


• You have at least 3 years of experience as Project Manager in Digital projects; Ideally projects related to utility companies / heavy on infrastructure like energy, chemical industry, telecommunications etc.
  


• You are driven by digital solutions, complex systems and transformation with a positive climate impact
  


• You are passionate about networking and collaborating with people from different backgrounds
  


• You speak fluently German and English
