You will ensure high data quality, timely execution and continuous improvement across our HR services.

To start your talent journey with us, apply now as: HR Services Specialist We are looking for an experienced HR Services Specialist to own core HR Operations across the full employee lifecycle, with strong involvement in payroll preparation and controls. You will ensure high data quality, timely execution and continuous improvement across our HR services.
Your tasks
- Manage end-to-end HR administrative processes across the lifecycle: onboarding, changes during employment, transfers, promotions, secondments, reorganisations and offboarding
- Maintain accurate employee data in SuccessFactors and prepare all employment documents on time
- Co-own payroll readiness: prepare and validate data, run checks against deadlines, reconcile changes and support payroll queries to ensure accurate and timely salary processing
- Act as first point of contact via the HR ticketing system, providing clear, timely resolutions and escalating when required
- Coordinate closely with HR Business Partners and managers on employee changes and approvals
- Create and maintain work instructions, ensuring compliance and audit readiness
- Drive continuous improvement in HR processes.
Your Profile
- 5+ years in HR Operations or HR Services within a multinational environment, with proven payroll exposure
- Strong knowledge of payroll-related inputs and controls, and how HR data impacts payroll accuracy and timelines
- Hands-on experience with SuccessFactors and MS Office; comfortable working with data, reports and audits
- High attention to detail, confidentiality and service mindset; trustworthy and reliable
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; able to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting
- Fluent in English
