• Taking over the main tasks of reception, hotel cashier, porter, housekeeper, and chauffeurs
• Handling administrative tasks such as creating lists and statistics, processing registration forms, invoices, and other documents
• Receiving and handling or forwarding complaints; co-responsibility for safety and order in the functional area
• Assisting in room service

• Successfully completed vocational training as a hotel specialist or comparable qualification
• Professional experience in the front office area is an advantage
• Advanced knowledge in handling the hotel software Opera Cloud
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Very confident German and English skills; additional foreign language is an advantage
