What awaits you?
Your main tasks:
As an Administration Officer – Financing, you are an essential link in the processing of credit operations. You work closely with client advisors and other Back Office members to ensure rigorous administrative follow-up in compliance with internal and regulatory requirements.
- Processing credit applications: data control, verification of document completeness, preparation of contractual credit deeds, payments and entries within deadlines, credit closure and repayment.
- Management of credit positions: triggering interests and amortizations, management of mortgage base data and guarantees.
- Assistance to credit advisors: preparation of files for release, data and document control before fund disbursement, clarifications with third parties (notaries, pension funds, insurances, etc.).
- Specific controls: quality of IRB data, monitoring of construction loans, balance sheet reminders and verification of receipt, compliance with margin limits, monitoring of overruns and reminder of unpaid amounts.
