Your area of responsibility
In this newly created position, you will take on the development and independent management of our telesales area in the German-speaking part of Switzerland as a committed, sales-strong, and technically skilled personality. You bring our building materials directly to the phone – competent, reliable, and always to the point.
You manage an established customer portfolio of around 2,000 customers and actively drive telephone sales with passion and determination. Open to new customer acquisition, you see this as an exciting opportunity to sustainably promote our growth.
With enthusiasm, you competently advise our customers on the phone, create individual offers, and ensure a smooth process of all sales processes – from the first contact to on-time delivery.
Your profile
• Experience in telephone sales / telesales, ideally in a technical environment or tool trade
• Technical / commercial basic training with enthusiasm for the construction industry
• Passion for active customer contact and closing orientation on the phone
• Independent, initiative, and structured way of working
• Proficient handling of ERP and CRM systems is an advantage
