Scintilla AG is responsible for the global development, manufacturing, marketing and coordination of distribution of accessories for power tools for the trades, for industrial applications and for DIY.
Job Description
- Further developing the Bosch Power Tools Accessories strategy and facilitating deployment in the organization
- Consulting Product Area Teams and Excellence Functions in developing their strategy and leading cross-functional projects
- Evaluating potential new business fields and the strategic fit
- Project management of global strategic projects (e.g. M&A projects) until operational implementation
- Analyzing market trends and competitor moves
- Preparation of top management presentations
Qualifications
- Completed degree, ideally in the areas of business administration, economics or business engineering
- Several years of experience in project management, strategy consulting, corporate development or strategic marketing in an international environment
- Initiative personality with high social and communication skills
- Good organization skills, flexibility and resilience
- Goal oriented, analytical & structured way of working
- Excellent conceptual skills
- Very good written and spoken English skills; German beneficial
- Proficient MS-Office knowledge (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
