HR Generalist 80% (all gender)

Main responsibility and leadership of the HR department of the entire holding group

Processing and ensuring the onboarding and offboarding process

Responsibility for personnel administration from A to Z

Responsibility for payroll administration including payment runs

Responsible for time tracking and absence management

Participation in recruitment and support of supervisors in conducting interviews

Preparation of employment certificates, interim and final references

Execution of year-end closing tasks

Consultation and support of supervisors and employees on personnel-related topics

Ensuring compliance with labor law and regulatory requirements

Contact person for insurance companies and authorities

Organization of internal events

Further development, digitization, and optimization of HR processes

Training as a commercial clerk

Further education in HR (Personnel Assistant or HR Specialist Certificate)

Several years of experience in the personnel area including payroll processing

Sound knowledge of labor law and HR processes

Several years of experience in recruitment and employee support (conducting interviews)

Confident German language skills and English skills are an advantage

SAP knowledge desired
