Your responsibility
- Overall responsibility for smooth end-to-end processes in the supply chain (excluding our logistics in Willisau and customer service) – from competitive sourcing and procurement management to forecasting and optimizing product availability
- Expansion of our procurement sources in Europe and globally.
- Active shaping of collaboration and negotiations with external service providers, manufacturers, and suppliers – focus on efficiency, costs, and service quality
- Further development of our quality management with our expert team
- Responsibility for strategic projects on digitization, automation, and process optimization
- Building and further developing a high-performing, interdisciplinary team
- Introduction and use of KPIs, reports, and dashboards for transparent management
- Promoting a proactive culture: change management, continuous improvement, team empowerment
What you bring with you
- Completed studies (e.g., business administration, supply chain management, logistics, industrial engineering) or equivalent qualification
- At least 5 years of leadership experience in supply chain, logistics, or purchasing environment – ideally in e-commerce or online retail
- Solid know-how in forecasting, inventory management, warehouse and transport logistics, as well as purchasing and process optimization
- Strong analytical skills, high data affinity, and experience with BI tools and KPI systems
- Communication and leadership skills, fluent in German, very good English skills
- Entrepreneurial thinking, hands-on mentality, and joy in dynamic growth
