You must be the person we are looking for !

Key Responsibilities :

• Manage, coach and grow a team of 7 distributed product designers and our 3 people offshore team 


• Partner with Product Managers, Product Analysts and Insights team to design the future of trading and banking in Switzerland and worldwide


• Supervise the entire end-to-end user experience across our multiple B2C and B2B products 


• Create scalable design solutions while simultaneously develop our Design System to ensure consistent client experience


• Develop and embed UX methodologies in our design process 


• Develop the Design Operations to ensure efficiency and quality 


• Bring the Design team to become an industry leader in our field 


• Articulate compelling new vision of the user experience that inspire our clients, leaders and partners


• Anticipate and develop the organizational structure by defining roles and required headcount


• Plan and recruit our next talents and leaders in the field 


• Set qualitative and quantitative goals for your team

We ask you to bring:

• Minimum 10-year experience in a digital product environnement, with proven experience in managing people and designing product for finance/FinTech industry. Ideally in both digital agency and corporate in-house team.


• Higher-education in digital & design 


• Fluent in French and English

Exceptional skills you must possess:

• You like to empower your team through your outstanding management skills 


• You advocate for quality, but know how to steer your team when business demands speed and results.


• You have led the conception of multiple digital products (web and mobile app) and understand how development works.
