In this responsible role, you are in charge of security throughout the entire house during the night (11:00 PM – 7:00 AM) and serve as the contact person for our national and international guests

• Responsibility for general order throughout the hotel complex including operation of the fire alarm system
• Conducting floor rounds & distributing daily newspapers
• Check-in and check-out of guests at night
• Receiving and checking restaurant billing
• Performing daily closings with the hotel software Protel
• Conscientious cash management and correct revenue recording
• Invoice entry with the software Abacus
• Cleaning of public areas (restaurants, corridors and staircases, reception and kitchen area, setting up the breakfast buffet)
• You pitch in wherever needed and are ready to occasionally do something different than usual

• First professional experience in a comparable role
• High level of responsibility, organizational talent, and loyalty
• Fluent German and English skills, both spoken and written
• Ideally knowledge of Protel
• A friendly, likeable, and confident demeanor as well as an engaged, independent, and conscientious working style
