Cybersecurity Business Partner - Business Unit Tools Services (m/f/x)

What's the role?

As a Cybersecurity Business Partner - BUTS, you are part of our Chief Cyber Security Officer (CCSO) organization reporting to the Global Head of Security Architecture & Security Consulting. You will help us to secure our Business Unit activities, eg. usage of cloud backend, secure software development, application security, IoT products and services... You will be the trusted partner and technical security expert when it comes to all aspects of securing next generation tools, softwares and backend services.

What does the role involve?

As a Business Partner, you act like a bridge between the central Cyber Security organization and the BU Tool Service.

- You bring your technical security know-how to the team. This topics ranges from Cloud Security (AWS), to Application Security (Web, Mobile), to SSDLC, to IoT devices security to all involved communication channels.
- You promote and define “security-by-design” principles to build security into the team’s daily activities.
- You work closely in collaboration with senior management and decision makers in Business Unit Tool Service, as well as their respective leadership teams. The Head of Governance, Risk and Compliance is one of your key stakeholders
- Finally, whenever necessary, you educate teams and individuals on cyber security-related topics.

In short, you are the dedicated cyber security counsellor to one of our most innovative Business Unit.

What you need is:

  • Master’s degree in cyber security, computer science, information systems management, engineering or a related technical discipline related to information security.

  • 3 + years’ experience working as a security engineer or IT security consultant. Ideally with one or more of the following certificates: CISSP, CSSP, CISM, or CRISC or willing to get one in the future.

  • Proven track of the security skills: application security, cloud security, IoT security, cryptography.

  • Experience with agile project delivery methods in virtual, interdisciplinary, and globally distributed teams

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English also towards senior management

  • Plus to have: 

  • Awareness of ETSI 303 645, IoT Security foundation, NIST IR8259 or similar

  • Familiar with IoT security concepts such as Secure boot, Cryptochip, Secure FOTA, Anti Tamper RTC
