Your Tasks
- Acquisition and support of new customers, partners, installers, specialist dealers, resellers, and electrical/security planners in the assigned sales area (D/F)
- Maintenance, support, and expansion of existing customers as well as strategic development of trade relationships – especially in the German-speaking or French-speaking part of Switzerland
- Personal and telephone customer support as well as consulting on security technology solutions for trade products in security technology around the door
- Needs assessment and creation of individual security technology concepts for customer projects
- Preparation and follow-up of offers, including offer calculations, pricing, and tenders via platforms
- Order entry and processing in the ERP system
- Support of customers with technical inquiries in close cooperation with the internal sales department
- Participation in product demonstrations, events, roadshows, and sales training with customers and stakeholders
- Organization and implementation of product training internally and externally
- Creation of statistics, market analyses, customer analyses, and documentation in the CRM system (e.g., Hubspot)
- Ensuring the professional administrative process in the sales process (internal and field service)
- Handover and filing of complete project documentation
- Close coordination with marketing for campaign implementation, lead management, and product communication
- Active participation in internal meetings, sales, and strategy workshops
- Exchange with sales and project colleagues to coordinate market strategies and customer management
Your Profile
- Completed technical or commercial basic training, ideally with further education in sales, technical sales, or project management
- Several years of professional experience in internal and/or field sales, preferably in the security technology, electrical, or related industries
- Experience with technical tenders, customer projects, and submission portals is an advantage
- Fluent German skills as well as very good French skills (at least B2/C1), additional languages are an advantage
- High customer orientation, closing strength, and negotiation skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills for internal and external contacts
- Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style
- Confident handling of MS Office, ERP systems, and CRM tools (e.g., Hubspot)
- Willingness to travel within Switzerland (approx. 40–60%) with a category B driving license
- Resilient, flexible, and enjoys interdisciplinary collaboration in a dynamic environment
