What you can achieve
- Strategic leadership and operational alignment of MRO Engineering with the 4 specialist teams Avionics, Engines, Mechanical, and Data & Documentation (approx. 60 employees)
- Ensuring technical know-how on aircraft components & engines (F/A-18, F-5, Superpuma, EC635) as well as the corresponding test systems
- Ensuring service delivery – including through focused project management
- Participation in acquisition in collaboration with BIT management
- Close cooperation with internal interfaces as well as customers (armasuisse, Swiss Air Force, OEMs, and suppliers)
- Align team leaders and employees to an agile organization (performance management)
What you bring with you
- Engineering degree HF/FH (mechanics or electronics) ideally with a postgraduate degree in business administration or equivalent further training
- High affinity for the technical & military environment
- Very good analytical and conceptual skills
- Experience in project and process management
- Assertive, communicative leadership personality (leading leaders)
- Can-do mentality (proactive, responsible, winning, forward-looking & sustainable)
- SAP knowledge (PM) is an advantage
- Good English skills (B2/C1)
