Job description

For the next expansion step, 3Brain is looking for a digital designer to reinforce
our sales & marketing team. You will help create visual design solutions for
products, scientific data and digital campaigns. You will share responsibility for
website design and other software user interfaces. You will also contribute to
color, typography and general design strategy on a variety of company
communications, from physical assets like flyers to customer emails to social
media graphics.
In particular, your tasks involve:

• Design on-brand creative solutions for a variety of uses: websites, product
  graphics, email templates, social media graphics, brand campaigns, and
  photography


• Take ideas from concept to execution, working with sales managers,
  marketing colleagues, and content experts to deliver an effective user
  experience


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver designs that are creative,
  useful, and align with technical and brand standards


• Use the latest software and applications to design and develop digital
  solutions

Required Qualifications

• Independence and ability to communicate and work effectively with other
  team members in a multicultural and international environment


• Front-end development skills including HTML and CSS, testing designs for
  usability and quality


• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in digital design


• Ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines, conceptualization,
  design and creation of prototypes and mock-ups


• Hands-on experience generating high-quality graphics and illustrations


• Fluency in English


• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite software

Additional Qualifications

• Candidates with experience in Webflow have high priority


• Experience with visualizing scientific data


• Knowledge of software for 3D animation (e.g., 3ds Max)


• Knowledge of 3D CAD software (e.g., Inventor)
