Specialized Employee (80-100%)

What you can make a difference in

• Welcome and respond professionally to inquiries by phone, email, mail, or at the counter. 
• Make decisions in accordance with current legislation. 
• Examine, calculate, and process files. 
• Make benefit payments. 
• Perform various administrative tasks.

What you bring

• Federal VET diploma or equivalent training, with experience in social insurance (ideally unemployment).
• Strong knowledge of labor law, social insurance, Code of Obligations, and LACI.
• Several years of experience in a similar role
• Proficiency in IT tools (MS Office) and the ASAL-SIPAC program
• Bilingual French/German, perfect command of French (another language is an asset)
• Sense of public service and strong social sensitivity in line with our values.
• Work location to be defined, Fribourg or Bulle, with travel as needed.
