What awaits you
As a Junior IT Consultant, you play an active role at APP from the start. You create analyses, assist in the development of IT requirements and solution variants. Once the solution is found, you work on the design and architecture and support our clients until successful implementation.

Step by step, you take on more responsibility up to entire work packages or partial project management. As a trusted person of our clients, you always advocate for honest and sustainable collaboration. You also have the chance to actively shape APP as a co-entrepreneur.

What we expect

• University degree in business informatics, computer science, or engineering
• Initial experience in IT project management, test management, requirements engineering, or business analysis
• Knowledge in one or more areas such as IT architecture, IT infrastructure, IT security, DevOps, software development
• Preferably experience in public administration, the financial sector, or healthcare
• Quick comprehension, analytical thinking, and creativity
• Goal-oriented and efficient working style with high quality standards
• Proficiency in writing and presenting in German
• Flexibility regarding travel activities within the German-speaking part of Switzerland
