- Hold a HES diploma in social work or equivalent; experience in sociocultural animation is essential.

Actively participate in the conceptualization and implementation of the animation project of the Adventure Ground, in defining the objectives and the program;
Share with colleagues the responsibility for animating the place (Adventure Ground and neighborhood) and ensure its proper local establishment;
Promote the development of the associative life of the Adventure Ground and the neighborhood;
Ensure, in collaboration with the team, the administrative tasks of the place.
Hold a HES diploma in social work or an equivalent recognized title;
Proven experience in sociocultural animation;
Ability to work with all audiences, experience with children aged 6 to 12 desired;
Interest in free reception, outdoor work, ecology, and manual work;
Good knowledge of the Lausanne system, strong interest in network work and the associative environment;
Skills in group management and development of participatory projects;
Skills in conceptualization and project management;
Ability to take initiatives and innovate;
Sense of organization and planning.
Ability to work in a team and independently;
Ability to supervise and support monitors, interns, ETS, civil servants, and volunteers;
Good listening skills, strong adaptability, creativity, and dynamism;
Availability to work variable hours including evenings, weekends, and school holidays;
Good administrative and writing skills as well as proficiency in common computer software;
Manual and gardening skills are an asset.
